This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions on konspekt.ai and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Because AI generation incurs immediate, irreversible third-party computing costs, consumed AI credits and fully performed services are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided below.
1. EU/EEA Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. However, when you request that the service begin immediately and start using AI generation features, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part of the service already performed (i.e. credits already consumed). Any unused portion within the 14-day window will be refunded on request.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Outside the EU/EEA cooling-off right above, we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
3. Exceptions and Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including remedies for services that are faulty or not as described. If a charge was made in error or a paid feature was materially unavailable due to our fault, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@konspekt.ai from your account email with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via WayForPay, typically within 14 days.
