B.J. Fogg’s Behavior Model (B=MAP): How to Build a Learning Habit in Your Students

Element 3: Prompt (Trigger)

The main rule: the prompt will not work if the action is difficult. But if the Ability is maximized, the student will enter the lesson even with zero motivation, purely out of boredom.
